2. The application along with requisite fees of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten) can be submitted in form of Bankers Cheque/Bank Draft/ IPO in proper manner in favour of “AIIMS, Bhubaneswar” payable at Bhubaneswar for obtaining information/Documents as per RTI Act-2005.
3. If the applicant belongs to Below Poverty Line (BPL) category, he is not required to pay any fee. However, he should submit a proof in support of his claim for belonging to the Below Poverty Line.
