Aim & Objective
PMNRF/CMRF provides financial assistance to indigent patients for treatment of major diseases at Government hospitals to partially defray the expenses.

Procedure to Apply & Documents Required
- The applicants can apply for the grant of financial assistance through an application form along with Hospital Estimation duly signed by the treating Doctor and Medical Superintendent addressed to the Prime Minister/Chief Minister.
- After receipt of the application, the same is considered and disbursements are made at the sole discretion of the Prime Minister/Chief Minister, keeping in view the availability of funds and prior commitments of the PMNRF/CMRF.
- Once the application is approved, the sanction order will come to the concerned hospital with a copy to the Applicant mentioning the amount & validity period. Then, the patient may incur expenditure on their own and apply for reimbursement of the expenditure at the hospital within the validity period.
Documents
- Two passport size photographs of the patient.
- A copy of residence proof.
- A copy of the Hospital Estimation.
- Income Certificate of family members from all sources.
- A copy of the Ration Card.
